Inspection, Audits & Expediting
Technical support for industrial manufacturing in Türkiye and international assignments.
01 Vendor & Mechanical Inspection
Material certificate and traceability checks; visual and dimensional inspection; pressure test and FAT witnessing; final inspection and manufacturing record review.
02 Welding & Steel Fabrication Inspection
WPS/PQR and welder qualification review; fit-up and welding surveillance; NDT follow-up; structural steel, pressure equipment and piping inspection.
03 Coating Inspection
Surface preparation and cleanliness, ambient conditions, coating application and dry-film thickness checks against the agreed specifications.
04 Expediting & Manufacturing Follow-up
Workshop visits, production follow-up against vendor schedules, material and documentation status checks, progress reports and coordination of open items.
05 Vendor Assessment & Audits
Review of manufacturing arrangements, capabilities, quality records and compliance with the agreed client requirements before or during an order.
Titanium, Weld Overlay & Specialist Alloy Inspection
Specialist material experience includes:
- Titanium welding inspection and surveillance.
- Weld overlay (WOL) experience involving 309, 308 and 316 stainless steels, Inconel / Alloy 625 and Monel.
- Inspection of precision-machined components.
Inspection and documentation requirements are agreed for each assignment against the applicable drawings, WPS/PQR, ITP and project specifications.
Equipment and industries
Structural steel, pressure vessels, columns, tanks, boilers, heat exchangers, piping, valves and skid-mounted equipment for energy, refinery, petrochemical and other industrial projects.
How an assignment works
- Define: agree the equipment, scope, location, dates, ITP and reporting requirements.
- Inspect or follow up: carry out the agreed workshop activities and record findings.
- Report: identify completed work, open items and the next actions clearly.
Based in Kocaeli, with assignments across Türkiye. International work experience includes the United Kingdom, Jordan, Ukraine and Canada. Further overseas assignments are subject to visa, travel arrangements, scope and schedule.
