STANCOD provides expediting support through workshop visits, production follow-up and status reporting. Assignments may involve periodic visits or resident support, depending on the agreed scope and availability.

What we follow up

• Manufacturing progress against the vendor schedule
• Material availability and outstanding procurement items
• Engineering and quality documentation status relevant to the assignment
• Upcoming inspection and test activities
• Open production, inspection and documentation items
• Final inspection, packing and shipment preparation status, where included in scope

Practical progress reports

We report observed progress, vendor updates and open items clearly. Activities completed, work in progress and pending actions are identified separately, with supporting information where available.

Potential schedule concerns are highlighted based on the information available at the time of the visit. Delivery commitments remain with the vendor and the project parties.

Türkiye & international assignments

Based in Kocaeli, with experience in international industrial projects. Overseas assignments can be discussed, subject to visa and travel arrangements, scope and schedule.
