Vendor & Steel Fabrication Inspection

Independent workshop inspection for international industrial projects in Türkiye and overseas.

STANCOD supports clients with inspection at manufacturers of structural steel, pressure vessels, columns, tanks, piping, valves and skid-mounted equipment.

The inspection scope is based on the agreed ITP, drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.

Inspection activities

• Pre-inspection meetings and review of inspection requirements
• Material certificates, identification and traceability checks
• Fit-up and welding surveillance
• WPS/PQR and welder qualification review
• NDT follow-up and report review
• Visual and dimensional inspection
• Pressure test and FAT witnessing
• Coating checks, punch-list follow-up and final inspection
• Manufacturing record review and inspection reporting

Clear reporting from the workshop

Reports identify the activities witnessed, findings, supporting records and items that remain open. Inspection status and readiness for shipment are reported separately where relevant.

Location and availability

Based in Kocaeli, with support across Türkiye. International assignments are considered subject to visa and travel arrangements, project scope and schedule.
